Selbstmanagement versus Coaching
摘要
According to the WHO, health encompasses physical, psychological, and social well-being. Social well-being plays a crucial role in this context, as it is shaped by supportive relationships and significantly contributes to quality of life. The concept of the social atom, developed by Moreno, maps meaningful relationships and promotes self-reflection by making one’s social networks visible and analyzing their influence on personal well-being. In this article in the Zeitschrift für Psychodrama und Soziometrie a study was conducted with three groups: a written-guidance intervention group, a coaching group with verbal guidance and psychodramatic methods, and a control group. Both intervention groups demonstrated positive effects on initiating contact and social behavioral intentions compared to the control group. The results suggest that social behavioral intentions can be initiated even without coaching.
