Intersektionalität in der Supervision: Ein Ansatz zur Stärkung supervisorischer Beziehungen und vertieftem Fallverständnis
摘要
Every individual is unique and at the same time a part of various cultures. These cultural influences shape our self-conception, our biographical experiences, and affect how others respond to us. In supervision, both supervisees and supervisors bring their cultural backgrounds, making each supervision session multicultural. The article in the Zeitschrift für Psychodrama und Soziometrie discusses how to appropriately deal with this diversity. It addresses the importance of diversity in supervision, explains the concept of intersectionality, and describes what characterizes intersectional sensitive supervisors. The article concludes with the introduction of various methods for implementing intersectionality in supervisory practice.
