<p>This article in the journal <i>Zeitschrift für Psychodrama und Soziometrie</i> shows how to use the technique ambivalence scale from the motivational interviewing concept of Miller and Rollnick (<CitationRef CitationID="CR1">2015</CitationRef>) in monodrama settings. It should be outlined how to work with ambivalences that people experience when they try to change their behaviour. This tool illustrates the problems of behaviour change and which worries and fears come into people’s minds when they think about changing their behaviour.</p>

摘要
