摘要

Based on the concept of liminality in ritual and transition research and using qualitative interview data from a teaching research project on agency and leaving care, this article in the journal Zeitschrift für Psychodrama und Soziometrie analyses the extent to which the simultaneous orientation of both young people and professionals towards independence, autonomy and self-reliance and interdependency is of decisive importance for how young people find their way in life after leaving the institutional setting. Against this background, the author concludes by reflecting on the extent to which psychodramatic methods can be used to promote the development and shaping of relationships in the liminal phase.
