摘要

In this article in the journal Zeitschrift für Psychodrama und Soziometrie, we examine the complex interplay of exhaustion and artistic practice in the development of inclusive leadership and organizational culture. We use Karen Barads (2007) concept of Intra-Action to account for the ways in which entangled relations in society and organizations lead to dynamic enactments of inclusion and exclusion. We explore how through boundary acts—understood as critical moments where existing boundaries are challenged or redefined—processes of inclusion and exclusion actively shape reality formation and sense-making within organizations. Through vignettes, we illustrate how inclusive leadership and organizational culture can be reshaped by creative and body-related practices, such as dance.
