摘要

This article in the journal Zeitschrift für Psychodrama und Soziometrie describes experiences working with psychodramatic groups in the context of a peer counseling course. Against the background of the paradigm shift from integration to inclusion, a description and explanation of the term inclusion is given, which is then linked to elements of psychodrama. Special characteristics and aspects are clarified through the application of personal insights into the group process as well as the development and conception procedure of the groups in question. This article treats inclusion as a continuous process in which psychodrama, with its focus on groups and society as a whole, can make a valuable contribution to driving inclusion forward. The intention of this article is not primary to deal theoretically with the topic of disability and inclusion in therapeutic work, it’s more to highlight our personal insights in order to show our individual insights and to stimulate processes of reflection.
