Psychotherapeut mit Behinderung – mehr Chance als Grenze

The author of the article in the journal Zeitschrift für Psychodrama und Soziometrie is himself a psychodrama psychotherapist and has had a severe visual and hearing impairment since childhood. In a personal reflection, the focus is on the extent to which one’s own disability influences one’s work as a psychotherapist. Of course, there are many situations in which disability sets limits. But it is precisely this disability that also holds with it undreamt-of possibilities and opportunities for psychotherapeutic care.
