Teamentwicklung psychodramatisch visualisieren

This article in the journal Zeitschrift für Psychodrama und Soziometrie describes and reflects on a tool for group formation that we have tested in team development. Starting from a framework that provides time and space in the here and now, the individual paths that have led to it are retrospectively arranged around a center in a star shape and shared reflectively with the group. Experiencing the individual paths, stories, and personalities that converge in a team serves as the starting point for further collaborative work on current topics, visions and goals.
