The article in the Zeitschrift für Psychodrama und Soziometrie deals with the phenomenon of exhaustion in the last third of working life. Three processes in psychodramatic supervision and coaching are described. Individual perspectives are supplemented by a look at the social context. The concept of the turning point is shown currently related and historical referring to the Fin de Siècle in the context of exhaustion.
