Erschöpfte Menschen in einer erschöpften Zeit

  • Christoph Hutter

摘要

This article in the Zeitschrift für Psychodrama and Soziometrie explores the question of what explanations there may be for the epidemically spreading phenomena of exhaustion. Three tracks are followed: Exhaustion is read as a consequence of generalised burnout processes. It is interpreted as a permanent “too much” of crises and options. And it is understood as a “side effect” of the unlimited growth processes that are consciously pushed forward in modernity. At the end of the article, three considerations are made as to what these analyses mean for psychodramatic practice.
