摘要

In recent years, Open Access and Open Science have also become increasingly important in the work of the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA), the international association of library associations and institutions. What impetus can the IFLA’s Advisory Committee on Open Science and Scholarship (OSS) provide for the implementation of Open Access/Open Science? How is IFLA’s work linked to the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) and its recommendation on Open Science? These questions are explored in the following article in order to identify possible impulses for the work of researchers and libraries in the educational sciences to promote Open Access.
