Zur Situation erziehungswissenschaftlicher Forschung an Hochschulen und außeruniversitären Forschungseinrichtungen
摘要
Since its beginnings, educational research has become much more differentiated and has undergone a strong empirical and methodological expansion, especially in recent decades. Today, educational research is characterised by the broad treatment of different levels of learning and educational processes, by interdisciplinary cooperation and the parallelism of a variety of research approaches and paradigms. This diversity is also reflected in the sources of research funding and publication practices. These disciplinary specifics become particularly apparent in comparison with other social and cultural sciences. In this context, educational science is particularly confronted with the demand to deliver practice-relevant results. The article takes up current data and discourse on the points mentioned and develops an overall picture that emphasises the specificity of educational science research and its potentials.
