„Nichts gegen Sie, aber 90 min für keine Lösung?“
摘要
Supervision in refugee assistance takes place in a field that is hotly debated in society. At the same time, it can build on the normalization and professionalization of refugee assistance in society that has grown in recent years. By deepening the connection between practice and learning, employees can identify, discuss, and learn from the questions, emotions, and challenges that arise in their work. In doing so, they simultaneously establish elements of a “transcultural transition space” themselves, guided by the supervisor. These elements, in turn, have a reciprocal effect on the work.
