<p>This article explores how the systemic consulting firm <i>qoodos</i> used the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a&#xa0;catalyst to develop ethical guidelines for its consulting practice. Drawing on eight key dilemmas, it shows how technological innovation can trigger a&#xa0;collective learning process. The paper combines systemic theory with practical reflection and argues that ethics in organizations emerge not from rules, but from dialogue, between algorithm and resonance.</p>
