Absentismus – Abtauchen statt Auseinandersetzen
摘要
This article examines absenteeism in the modern workplace, taking into account individual, organisational, and societal factors. Absenteeism is an increasingly challenging issue for organisations, particularly given the rise in psychological strain, demographic shifts, and multiple global crises. The article distinguishes between various causes, including psychosocial stress, lack of motivation, dysfunctional leadership and organisational deficiencies. In addition to its economic implications, the article explores the social and psychological impact of absenteeism on teams and institutions. A central focus is placed on coaching as a preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic approach to addressing absenteeism.
