摘要

This paper focuses on the future-oriented design of human resource development against the background of profound changes in the world of work. The focus is on the concept of New Learning, which has emerged from the New Work movement. The study examines the implications of this transformation for human resource development and the new requirements for future skills and their acquisition. Methodologically, the study is based on a comprehensive analysis of relevant literature and empirical studies, as well as guided interviews with experts. The results show that the successful implementation of New Learning depends to a large extent on the corporate and learning culture. The relevant skills for the future can be divided into professional, methodological, social, personal and digital skills. It also shows that learning formats are particularly effective when they support both individual and social learning processes.
