摘要

This qualitative study takes a business-anthropological perspective to examine how leaders shape informal learning within the context of New Work. Based on two focus groups with senior executives from German fashion companies, the analysis follows the five core dimensions of New Work defined by Poethke et al. (2019): digitalization enables new learning formats, flexibility encourages self-directed learning, blurred boundaries call for new competencies, meaningful work enhances motivation to learn, and participation fosters collective learning. Thus, leadership is understood as symbolic and interactive action. Therefore, the study adds a culturally grounded perspective to the current New Work discourse.
