摘要

Artificial intelligence is becoming increasingly relevant for coaching as well. This raises the question of how AI can be used in a way that is professionally aligned with coaching practices. So far, the coaching discourse has primarily focused on the dyadic use case of replacing human coaches with coaching bots. The alternative proposed in this paper is the concept of triadic AI coaching, in which coach and coachee systematically integrate AI into the coaching dialogue. This is done through methodologically guided prompt scripts, i.e., systematically structured sequences of problem-solving tasks.
