<p>The article first deals with the concept of unavailability according to Rosa (<CitationRef CitationID="CR14">2020</CitationRef>) from an evolutionary and systems theory perspective. It is deduced that making the world available is the core of all living endeavors. Building on this, organizations are described as specific social systems of availability and how consulting can provide relevant impulses for change are discussed. Subsequently, characteristics and premises of establishing a&#xa0;consulting relationship for coaching and organizational consulting are derived.</p>

摘要
