Ein systemisches Gruppencoaching als universitäre Lehrveranstaltung
摘要
SystAm—a systemic-oriented and mindfulness-based group coaching program—was offered as a university course at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz in recent semesters. This practical report initially provides an insight into the conceptual-theoretical framework and the practical motivation of the course. Afterwards, experiences and stumbling blocks that emerged during the course preparation and implementation are reflected on. Systemic, self-reflective work in an appreciative and resource-oriented framework was integrated into the university structures, in which evaluation and performance orientation play a significant role. Through this, an area of tension opened up, which repeatedly challenged the course leader and course participants.
