Change-Management als Paradoxiemanagement: Zwischen Steuerung und Unverfügbarkeit
摘要
Change management operates within a constitutive field of tension: the unavailability of emotions, social relationships, and time, as outlined by Hartmut Rosa, renders classical, linear approaches to change management ineffective. At the same time, organizations cannot forgo the targeted management of change. This article reflects on the paradox between the need for control and unavailability and highlights practical ways in which change managers and consultants can navigate this tension.
