Digitalisiertes Vertrauen – Wie sich digitaler Medienkonsum auf die seelische Gesundheit auswirkt
摘要
The use of digital media has become an integral part of everyday life. Despite known risks for the mental development of young people in particular, the use of media has so far been poorly regulated. On the one hand, this leads to the presentation of problematic content. In addition, however, the digital world stands in contrast to our real resources, which are becoming increasingly scarce. In addition to the resource intensity of digital applications, the author discusses the virtual space in its properties as an ideal and material limitlessness, whose forgetfulness about resources neglects the deeper value of the individual content. This loss of depth experiences is reinforced by the digitally altered experience of time and subliminally shapes the way we care our relationships with our world. It is discussed whether and how these factors affect the development of mental disorders.
