Critical Whiteness – eine Perspektive hegemonialer Selbstreflexion in der Supervision
摘要
Critical Whiteness is an analytical perspective in dealing with racism and intersectionality that has been used since the 1990s. It considers racism as a constitutive element of Western democracies and whiteness as a de-thematized signifier of this racist social matrix. This article deals with the significance of this power structure for supervision at the structural, institutional and personal level. The paper closes with some reflections on how to explain the authoritarian formations that have recently made headlines under the heading of “Critical Whiteness”.
