Die Verschiebung des Sagbaren als trianguläre Herausforderung in der Supervision
摘要
The question is examined as to how the shift in what can be said in the various social and political crisis and conflict discourses and highly differentiated identity and anti-discrimination discourses reach the supervisory internal space. It is shown how the triadic structure of these discourses with their positions of those responsible, those affected, and observers affect the positioning of the supervisors as a third position and represent a triangular challenge in supervision.
