Klarifizieren und Konfrontieren – oder besser doch nicht?
摘要
When we talk about shifting the sayable, it is also about self-reflection: Where do we censor ourselves and have our share in perhaps excommunicating central content from the counseling context? In work contexts, we are constantly faced with the question: How do we use our countertransference phenomena, given we are even aware of them? The article presents four examples of successful and less successful confrontations and offers thoughts on how constructive clarification and confrontation can succeed in counseling processes. The psychological preconditions of tolerance of tension, tolerance of ambiguity and professional self-esteem are discussed with regard to their importance for inclusion in the counseling discourse.
