Die Arbeit in und mit Sprache: Diskursive und narrative Bewegungen in Beratung und Supervision
摘要
The article discusses spoken language in counseling and supervision and uses two case studies with reference to the respective group process. Approaches that formulate speaking as action (speech act theory), models of dialogical understanding and narrative competence as well as narrative formation as a collective dynamic serve as a theoretical framework. Following on from psychoanalytical understanding of language, the thesis is formulated that linguistic expression and narrative movements form a separate level in counseling and supervision processes, the form and shape of which has meaningful significance.
