Sich (ver)halten im diskursiven Strudel

This is a practical report on the workshop “Staying in the discursive maelstrom” as a part of the specialist conference “Supervision and the shifting of the sayable”. In the workshop, various options for action were tested using the method of forum theater according to Augusto Boal, as to how the shifting of what can be said and the associated shifting of power in supervision and coaching could be counteracted in a power-sensitive manner. The practice report explains the method and its origin, describes the course of the workshop and evaluates the scenes with the different solution ideas.
