Transformatives Coaching von Leitungspersönlichkeiten in Wissenschaft, Politik und Verwaltung

This article examines the positioning of coaching in the context of social and political challenges, particularly against the backdrop of global crises. It emphasizes the need for coaches to critically reflect on and actively engage with contemporary socio-political developments. It discusses the extent to which coaching bears a responsibility for social issues beyond strengthening the autonomy of clients. Concrete impulses for transformative coaching are presented. Examples are used to illustrate how coaches can develop their attitude, act as role models, actively shape the discourse and contribute their expertise to social cohesion.
