Hybride Arbeit gestalten – Gestaltungsdimensionen und Handlungsfelder. Ein Strukturierungsversuch.
摘要
The aim of this article in the journal Gruppe. Interaktion. Organisation. (GIO) is to provide stakeholders in companies – such as employees, managers and works councils e.g.– with an initial orientation on how they can design hybrid work in order to better meet the requirements of human-oriented, socio-technically informed work and organizational design and integrated occupational health and safety.
Hybrid work can be characterized by a dynamic change of workplaces, increased job autonomy in cooperative working relationships, supported by a ubiquitous technical infrastructure. Since a high degree of spatially distributed collaboration has ambivalent effects on work performance, team effectiveness, health and well-being of employees, it is not sufficient to regulate only minimum conditions, e.g. for presence at the office. In the paper, we therefore outline several guidelines for a reflexive design of hybrid work in order to focus on central design aspects and we propose solutions based on areas of tension and contradictory requirements.
To this end, five fields of action for design are proposed: individual work design, team design, overall organisation and overarching cooperation, infrastructure, and the process quality of design. Design guidelines and specific solutions are described for these areas. The authors propose this structure as a conceptual starting point for further necessary practical and experience-based clarifications.
