Gesundheitskultur: Aufbau und Umsetzung im Unternehmen
摘要
Creating a working environment in which employees are motivated and perform well is the main focus of New Work. The extent to which a ‘health culture’ can be successfully implemented and measured (!) within a defined organisational unit is the subject of this case study. Occupational health management has already contributed significantly to prevent physical and mental illnesses, but in most cases a holistic approach hasonly been partially implementable. It has been shown that the critical success factors of a practised health culture depend on the attitude of each individual and thus must be self-motivated. For this reason, extrinsic occupational health management can only make a supportive but not a decisive contribution to a culture of health. Thus, it is self-responsibility - paired with responsible leadership and a good role model function on the part of the manager - that becomes crucial.
