Teamcheck ein digitales Tool zur selbstgesteuerten Teamanalyse und Teamentwicklung
摘要
This article from the journal Gruppe. Interaction. Organisation. (GIO) describes the development and evaluation of the TeamCheck. As a digital tool for team analysis and team development, it is particularly suitable for virtual and hybrid teams, who already work together digitally in whole or in part. However, it can also be used by face-to-face teams. Virtual and hybrid collaboration makes it difficult to develop a common understanding of tasks, roles, time and especially media use, which is important for effective coordination, and to organise meetings effectively. With TeamCheck, these aspects can be easily assessed from the team members’ perspective, automatically analysed and reported back together with recommendations for action and heuristic questions to reflect on the results. This article first presents the theoretical foundations of the TeamCheck and describes its structure and possible applications as well as initial experiences of using the tool. Finally, the opportunities and risks of using this digital tool in organisational consulting for team diagnostics and deriving team development measures are discussed.
