Autorität in Teams als politisches Geschehen

  • Thomas Vogl

摘要

This article in the magazine “Gruppe. Interaction. Organization. (GIO)” shows that the maturity of a team can be observed in its working relationships. High-performing teams establish mutual recognition in their working relationships. The author distinguishes three basic patterns of practiced authority in teams. Mature teams change their patterns of authority according to the situation. It is examined how these patterns support the performance of groups. It is shown that the political events in teams correlate with their abilities. Good teams are democratic teams in many group tasks. Democratic experiences of self-efficacy in the workplace make far-right attitudes less likely: micro-politics in teams also has macro-political effects.
