Gruppendynamische Prozesse im alpinen Feld. Eine unterschätze Dimension?
摘要
This practical article in the journal “Gruppe. Interaction. Organization”. (GIO) deals with the analysis of group dynamic processes in combination with practical examples and group dynamics theory, taking into account the specific field forces prevailing in the alpine field. After an up-to-date overview of publications on the topic, the application of two group dynamic models for the analysis of two practical situations—“Space of Group Dynamics” and “Four Structures of Social Relatedness”—is used to outline how a translation of group dynamics theories into the alpine field can succeed.
Against the background of the high psychological and physical security orientation in the field, reference is also made to the importance of the inner attitude of individuals as an indispensable basis for group-related interventions. The focus here is on dealing with inner concepts of authority and developing group skills.
The article contributes to raising awareness of the topic and opens a space to reflect on social interactions in groups that travel together in mountain terrain.
