Vielleicht ist es ja ganz anders? – Interventionen und forschende Haltung in gruppendynamischen Trainings

In this article, interventions from a group dynamic training are examined to determine whether and how they were able to stimulate self-exploration in the T-group. As the researched training took place online, it was possible to record all contributions in three parallel T-groups and to evaluate them in detail and in comparison afterwards. Based on this material, the authors develop hypotheses as to what is conducive to the success of interventions. In order to enable comparability of the intervention work, the concept of group core conflict is used. The question posed to the interventions was how they make it possible to discuss this conflict successfully or less successfully. Finally, Lewinʼs field theory is used to conceptualize why the attitude of the trainers shown in the staff is elementary for the process that then becomes possible in the T-group. The comparative evaluation of the T-groups revealed two things: Firstly, it becomes clear that the process that a group takes depends considerably on what the trainers focus on – or not. Secondly, the impact and the clarity of roles depends on the interaction between the pair of trainers and the ability of the staff to reflect their habitats in the sense of Lewin. This helps to establish a common attitude that significantly increases the likelihood of the intervention work in the T-groups.
