Partizipative Beziehungsgestaltung in der deutschen Psychiatrie. Herausforderungen und organisationale Lösungsansätze

  • Ralf-Gero C. Dirksen

摘要

The contribution to the Group. Interaction. Organization. Journal of Applied Organizational Psychology provides a multidimensional focus on German psychiatry. The focus of the analysis is the relationship between employees and users. Problems will be illuminated using an excerpt from the observed interactions (intergroup processes) and group phenomena of the psychiatric organizations examined. In the first part, qualitative participant observation is used methodologically. In the second part, the theoretical conclusions follow, so that it is a “hybrid contribution”. The result can be stated as follows: contemporary innovations such as participation as well as systemic organizational development and corresponding communication measurement instruments as a method continue to lead to a sustainable humanization of psychiatric care, even if deviations and social deficits still exist. The primary social task of psychiatric institutions remains the active destigmatization of mentally ill people.
