Gruppendynamik und Schule
摘要
This article in the journal Gruppe.Interaktion.Organization (GIO) focuses on school as a field of application for group dynamics. As teaching and learning take place in groups, it is not surprising that the dynamics to be expected in groups have an influence on teaching and learning processes. A group-dynamic approach focuses on these latent processes, as they are developed when children, young people and adults meet as pupils and teachers, and looks for ways to intervene. Since every encounter is unique, a group-dynamic approach avoids offering recipes for social learning. The aim is to deepen awareness and perception of relationships in order to understand dynamics and be able to set beneficial impulses. Two group dynamic moments are made out to be importent in the educational field: Dealing with authority and the importance of peer-relations.
