Selbstorganisation lernen. Eine Untersuchung im gruppendynamischen Laboratorium
摘要
This article in the journal “Gruppe.Interaktion.Organisation” (GIO) examines the extent to which group dynamics training is a way of acquiring the skills and abilities that self-organized teams need. To this end, a specific self-organization lab is examined using an action research approach and analysed with a view to the learning fields it provides for the work organization concept of self-organization. The article uses four specific learning fields (temporal dimension, oscillation between stability and dynamics, dealing with differences in the group, confrontation with authority) to illustrate that group-dynamic training can be a useful addition to “tool-oriented” training offers.
