Paradoxiemanagement in der Praxis

The 10th annual swf forum took place in Berlin on June 7 and 8 2024. The topic was paradox management in practice. This conference report presents the key content presented and links between the presentations. Elena Esposito provided a conceptual clarification of a strict concept of paradox, while Fritz B. Simon pointed out the importance of pragmatic paradoxes. Torsten Groth and Timm explained the significance of the various forms of paradoxes in organizations, while Torsten Groth and Stefan Günther presented a meta-tool, a so-called paradox circle, which can be used to work on problematic patterns and paradoxes in organizations. In addition, Detlef Pollack presented the paradoxes that arise in religious contexts.
