Schmuddelkinder der Logik: Paradoxien des Organisierens

This article in the journal “Gruppe. Interaktion. Organisation. (GIO)” argues that paradoxes in organizations are not theoretically peripheral phenomena, but that the core of organizing is inherently paradoxical. The article explains how organizations (must) keep themselves functioning in decision-making processes, strategic management or innovation management with the help of self-imposed fictions that address these paradoxes.
