Spannungsfelder widersprüchlicher Anforderungen und Erwartungen an professionelle Akteur/-innen der Sozialen Arbeit im Modellprojekt-Kontext
摘要
This article in the journal “Gruppe. Interaction. Organisation. (GIO)” relates to the contradictory field of action of social work in the context of pilot projects due to the complexity of framework conditions, content and intentions. It examines the question of which areas of tension and possible paradoxes can be identified from the contradictory conflicting requirements and expectations specifically named by the professional pilot project actors. The empirical approach was based on qualitative expert interviews which provide access to the experience and background knowledge of the actors of an exemplary model project analysed. A categorical comparison of the named aspects shows that the actors in social work pilot projects have to take into account multiple requirements and expectations of project and field of action-related topics. The article concludes with implications for dealing with the areas of tension in pilot projects by discussing various theoretical and practical approaches.
