Netzwerke der psychiatrischen Gesundheitsversorgung
摘要
The one for the magazine “Group. Interaction. Organization. (GIO)” theoretical article discusses how medical and therapeutic service provision can be organized efficiently in today’s healthcare landscape under the influence of the current healthcare reform. Methodologically, practically implemented implementation projects, selective literature research and descriptive modeling based on this are used as a basis for experience. A point of view on the design of networks (cooperations) on the basis of systemic organizational development (OD) is presented. Result: The network as a structural product of interorganizational cooperation can lead to emancipation and a paradigm shift in the control of complex systems. For expert organizations such as psychiatry, this horizontal coordination also combines the flexibility of market-based interaction with the (mostly) hierarchical efficiency of organized structures. In order for networks to be effective and at the same time gain stability, a certain design effort is required. The management of the network focuses on the skills of leadership and communication, with the help of which organizational development is carried out. In contrast to the planning approach, the OD approach provides process orientation and participation as a prerequisite for sustainable network implementation.
