Onkologische Herausforderungen bei Patienten mit chronischem Nierenversagen an der Dialyse und nach Transplantation
摘要
Tumor diseases occur more frequently both in dialysis patients and after kidney transplantation compared to the general population. As oncological guidelines are primarily aimed at people with healthy kidneys, a patient-specific approach is necessary in many cases. In addition to assessing the prognosis and feasibility of treatment, the implementation of chemotherapy is a frequently asked question for dialysis patients. After kidney transplantation, preventive measures and medical screening form an important pillar of aftercare treatment. In the event of a tumor diagnosis, in addition to the question of the appropriate drug treatment, there is also a discussion on possible adjustments of immunosuppression. This article provides an overview of the current data on the epidemiology and pathogenesis of tumor diseases in patients with chronic kidney failure and summarizes the current recommendations on the diagnostics and treatment in a practical manner.
