Two new species and two new records of Xanthagaricus (Agaricaceae, Agaricales) from Central and Southern Vietnam
摘要
The work is devoted to revealing the species diversity of the genus Xanthagaricus in Vietnam. In the current paper, X. dodssangeri and X. vongii are introduced as new species, and two known species, viz. X. ianthinus and X. necopinatus, are registered in Central and Southern Vietnam. Xanthagaricus dodssangeri demonstrates morphological variability, having a light violet or light brown pileus covered with granular squamules; greyish blue or light brown ventricose lamellae, smooth basidiospores bluish grey in 5% KOH; subovoid cheilocystidia. Xanthagaricus vongii is recognized by medium-sized basidiomata clustered in groups, a glabrous pileus with green stains, smooth basidiospores and large narrow-clavate basidia. The study is provided with morphological descriptions, line drawings, photographs, comparisons with morphologically similar taxa, includes a phylogenetic analysis based on nuclear ribosomal internal transcribed spacer (nrITS) region and large subunit ribosomal RNA gene (nrLSU).
