Kann eine modifizierte Eigenaktivitätsphase des Präventionsprogramm RV Fit der Deutschen Rentenversicherung (DRV) die Refresher-Quote erhöhen?
摘要
The increase in physical and mental illnesses requires a shift from rehabilitation to prevention in order to ensure long-term work ability. The German Pension Insurance′s prevention program RV Fit focuses on this goal by reducing risk factors. The literature shows that RV Fit can achieve positive effects. However, the number of participants on the refresher day was low in some cases.
ObjectivesThe study evaluated whether the refresher rate can be increased through a modified self-activity phase.
Materials and methodsThe study is a (partially) randomized controlled study design. The participants in the RV Fit program were divided into three groups with different self-activity phases. In the control group, the participants carried out the self-activity phase as before without supervision (model 1). The intervention group either trained fortnightly during the self-activity phase with a therapist (model 2) or using the ‘Caspar’ app (model 3).
ResultsA total of 335 people took part in the study. The results show that the refresher rate can be significantly increased by providing longer support during the self-activity phase. In model 2, the refresher rate rose from 7% to 40.9% and in model 3 even to 42.7%.
ConclusionThe transition from the training phase to the self-activity phase in particular poses a risk of drop-out. The results show that support during the self-activity phase can decrease this risk and increase the refresher rate.
