Digitale Gesundheitskompetenz von pflegenden Angehörigen – Protokoll eines Scoping Reviews
摘要
Informal caregivers are important care providers, although they are often exposed to high social and health-related levels of burden themselves. In order to be able to play an active role in maintaining their own health, it is necessary to deal appropriately with health-related information, which is often conveyed via digital communication channels. Informal caregivers also act as mediators of (digital) health literacy by helping those in need of care to find and understand health and care-related digital information or to get involved in healthcare decisions. Promoting the digital health literacy of informal caregivers is also necessary in order to make the opportunities of digitalization usable for care provision and to enable self-determined use of digital health and care information. Although digital health literacy is therefore relevant for informal caregivers in many aspects, they have hardly been considered in research to date. This article describes the procedure for preparing a scoping review to record the research findings on the digital health literacy of informal caregivers.
