<p>While most agricultural science research investigates the potato storage process, this study examined the effects of different irrigation levels and fertigation applications on the yield and quality parameters of stored potatoes. A 2-year trial (2019–2020) was conducted at the Bursa Uludag University Yenişehir İbrahim Orhan Vocational School Application Area. Potato storage was carried out in a storage facility located in the Research Field of the Vocational School. In the study, the highest and lowest irrigation water amounts and plant water consumption values were calculated as 600.0–150.0&#xa0;mm, 680.0–170.0&#xa0;mm, and 640.0–154.0&#xa0;mm, and 721.0–170.0&#xa0;mm, respectively. The highest and lowest tuber yields ranged from 57.8 to 9.3 t ha<sup>⁻1</sup> and 55.1 to 14.1 t ha<sup>⁻1</sup>, respectively. After the potato tubers were placed in storage, significant changes occurred in yield and quality parameters. It was observed that, after macronutrients, minor and micronutrients were effective on potato yield and quality.</p>
