摘要

Solar radiation is captured by the solar absorber, and these absorbers are used in various applications. MXene-based square cylinder-shaped solar absorber (MSCSSA) is a unique geometry resonator structure that absorbs the high solar radiation in this study. MXene’s extraordinary optical properties permit it to absorb significant amounts of the sun’s light which is used in the resonator. A 91.45% absorptance absorbs at a range of 200–3000 nm wavelength with the polarization-insensitive structure of MXene-MgF2-aluminum. The MSCSSA has used aluminum which has surface plasmon resonance material as a back reflector and MgF2 as a substrate. A 1350 and 760 nm bandwidth of ultra-broadband achieved 90% and 94% absorptance and also achieved 99.99% maximum absorptance. There were more than 92%, 96%, and 90% absorptance at UV, VIS, and IR spectra, and under the AM 1.5 solar radiation, it got 95.4% absorptance. MSCSSA optimization of various parameters, the effect of electric and magnetic intensity on the MSCSSA, their wide incidence angle, and their polarization transverse electric (TE) and transverse magnetic (TM) fields were investigated. The MSCSSA has a simple square and cylinder geometry that traps the heat and transfers the other fluid, so it is applied for solar water heater applications.
