<p>This case report describes the complex management of a&#xa0;68-year-old woman from Morocco with type&#xa0;2 diabetes mellitus suffering from significant glycemic fluctuations and hypoglycemia. Language barriers, cultural dietary habits, irregular therapy intake, and psychosocial factors complicated disease management. Culturally sensitive education in Arabic, family involvement, and interdisciplinary collaboration improved the patient’s insulin therapy understanding and adherence. The report highlights the importance of individualized, culturally sensitive treatment strategies for patients with migrant backgrounds to avoid complications and promote treatment success.</p>
