<p>A new trimeric monoterpenoid indole alkaloid, divaricamine B (<b>1</b>) consisting of a vobasine-vobasine-iboga type skeleton, was isolated from the whole plant of <i>Tabernaemontana divaricata</i>. The structure including absolute stereochemistry was elucidated on the basis of 2D NMR data and CD spectrum. A new trimeric monoterpenoid indole alkaloid, divaricamine B (1) consisting of a vobasine-vobasine-iboga type skeleton, was isolated from the whole plant of Tabernaemontana divaricata. The structure including absolute stereochemistry was elucidated on the basis of 2D NMR data and CD spectrum. Divaricamine B (1) showed potent anti-malarial activity.
