<p>This paper proposes answers to two central questions in the theory of grounding. One is the Grounding Ground Problem: Are grounding facts like [A grounds B] fundamental or further grounded? In the positive case, how are they grounded? The other is the Generalization Problem: is each particular case of grounding an instance of a universal grounding form? Here, I will propose new solutions for both problems and argue that they are closely related.</p>

摘要
